Refund Policy

At Its So Me we take pride in providing high-quality garments. Please note that refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The garment has a manufacturing fault or is damaged upon receipt.

• Faults or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos as evidence.

• The garment must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if the garment has been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.
